Comment 56 for bug 1773167

It was reported that even with all patches applied, PulseAudio still was being killed when unplugging the HDMI cable. I have now submitted a fix for this.

After these patches there still remains the problem that PulseAudio doesn't automatically move streams away from the HDMI sink when the HDMI cable is unplugged. I plan to fix that as well.
