And Please do a test:

backup the file /lib/udev/rules.d/90-pulseaudio.rules, then edit 90-pulseaudio.rules, find the line "ATTRS{idVendor}=="0bda", ATTRS{idProduct}=="4014", ENV{PULSE_PROFILE_SET}="dell-dock-tb16-usb-audio.conf"", and comment it by adding a # ahead the line, reboot and redo the test.
