Okay there's a BIOS setting in the motherboard. Something like "Enable Onboard Audio". I had it on "Enabled". I set it to "Auto" and the sound worked immediately! Ubuntu's drum sound came out. It never ever came out before. Sound used to work after login. Awesome 8)

Just to say, not sure of the exact names of the settings
