Btw you can verify that by looking at the unity-system-compositor.log:
/var/log/lightdm/unity-system-compositor.log: .... keepDisplayOn request id:0 requested by ":1.133" remove_display_on_requestor ":1.133" ...
Above first line happens when video is started, and the second line when the video is paused. The second line is missing when the playback is stopped due to the lifecycle stop request, and only occurs when the webbrowser is stopped..
