In every `parallel-ssh` manpage from [Xenial](http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/xenial/en/man1/parallel-ssh.1.html) to [Bionic](http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/bionic/en/man1/parallel-ssh.1.html), the command is called para**lll**el-ssh multiple times.

The typos are introduced with the patch, see e.g. https://launchpadlibrarian.net/175197315/pssh_2.3.1-1.diff.gz – just search for “paralll”.

A simple `sed 's/paralllel/parallel/g'` should do the trick.
