Bug Description

Changing colors in psi+ appears to be bugged. For example, I go to Settings/Appearance ('Настройки/Внешний вид' in Russian). Once there, I change the color sample of, say, roster background, to pink and 'Apply' changes. Nothing happens, though I expect to see the change. I check off the checkbox - the color sample turns white (as it was supposed to be). I 'Apply changes'. The roster background turns pink! The checkbox is not enabled, there is no mention of pink anywhere on the page (since the color sample changed after disabling the checkbox).

Apparently, some of the checkboxes still follow the conventional logic and apply the changes correctly. Still, all of them share the trait of changing the color sample once you disable the checkbox, and not changing it back once you enable it. Example: if you change the text color from black to blue, then check the chekbox off and on again, the color sample will be black (which is incorrect), yet if you hit 'Apply' the actual text color will be blue, as it should be.

Also, when I hover the cursor over Psi+ icon in taskbar, there are two tooltips, one over the other, as demonstrated on the screenshot below. I suppose one of them is redundant.

1) Kubuntu 12.04.
2) 0.15~svn3910-2
