Bas was saying, proj4 package is not using a "cmake build" in the package.
proj4 is using
./configure && make (autotools)

Best way is to get a copy of findPROJ4.cmake into your tree. /github. com/mloskot/ cmake-modules/ blob/master/ modules/ FindPROJ4. cmake
