Comment 8 for bug 1157643

OK, I'm getting this:

error: "Invalid argument" setting key "fs.inotify.max_user_watches"

in /var/log/upstart/procps.log

So, now I just need to figure out where this "max_user_watches" is being set. It doesn't appear to be in any of the /etc/sysctl.d/* files.
