What I am wondering about is - WHY is the command /usr/sbin/pptp 69.61.14.2 --nolaunchpppd --loglevel 0 --logstring nm-pptp-service-2582 executed at all ?!

The IP 69.61.14.2 belongs to the one VPN defined in NM - but as I wrote: it is not configured to be run automatically.
