I checked it, and whenever I select Ondemand governor with the applet, it does not work. Instead, the applet switches to performance mode.
One side note : with Gutsy, I had to install powernowd, which removes cpufreq. This operation made ondemand governor work. I did the same with Hardy. Am I correct?
