Since these packages fix security issues, they will need to get a version bump and be rebuilt for -security instead of being released to -updates.

We can either wait until they are ready to be released, and we'll send them out as security updates, or we can build them in ubuntu-security-proposed and pocket-copy them back into -proposed.
