Comment 8 for bug 1815665

I checked were the mentioned re-build need comes from.
It was introduced by [1] which really only is on the Version 11 branch.
Furthermore it got [2] a mitigation which keeps extensions to be "recommended" but not "required" to be recompiled for that. Therefore we can (twice) stop thinking about that as the reason for the issues we see with version 10.7.
