please help me fix the bug. I believe the below postfix-policyd bug are duplicate

175733 postfix-policyd does not need to run as root
560144 noninteractive install fails: "No database user specified."
573959 package postfix-policyd 1.82-2ubuntu1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess new pre-removal script returned error exit
581126 package postfix-policyd 1.82-2ubuntu5 failed to install/upgrade:

the bug would affect ubuntu upgrade to 10.04
