Bug Description

The version 4.1.0 in utopic only works with postgresql 9.1

Version 4.7.0 from Debian works with newer postgresql versions

All related packages (openrpt, csvimp, postbooks-updater and postbooks-schema-*) also need an exception

Please advise if individual FFe bugs are required for each of them

Elaborating on why this is so important:

- the 4.1.0 packages compile correctly on utopic with the postgresql 9.4 beta client library

- however, if the user tries to run the application and log in to the database, they immediately see an error about an SQL statement failing because it tries to use a procpid column that no longer exists in the latest postgresql server versions

- the 4.7.0 postbooks and schema do not rely on the procpid column
