In your /etc/apt/sources.list file please change the country code you are using or completely remove the country code and than run "sudo apt-get update". than install kubuntu-desktop if it doesnt install please try "sudo apt-get -f install". if that also doesnt work please remove "libpoppler1-qt" than install kubuntu-desktop. the first should work.
