I confirm that the problem still exists with:
4.0.3.3 LibreOffice on Linux x86_64 and HP printer.
OpenOffice 3.3 doesn't have this bug.
I use OpenOffice to print, or (as was written above) export to pdf and print pdf 2-in-1.
