I have managed to workaround problems with priviledge windows by restarting polkit-kde-authentication-agent-1:

killall polkit-kde-authentication-agent-1
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libexec/polkit-kde-authentication-agent-1 &

Seems to work fine. Please confirm if it works for you.
