XPS 13 on 16.10 neither HandleLidSwitchDocked=suspend nor HandleLidSwitch=suspend makes machine go sleep. Screen remains enabled (it is visible) until it turns of after some time due power settings.

/etc/systemd/logind.conf seemed to work in 16.04.
