 plymouth-theme-ubuntu-text depends on lsb-release; however:
  Package lsb-release is not configured yet.

dpkg: error processing package plymouth-theme-ubuntu-text (--configure):

There is nothing attached to the bug report that explains why lsb-release is not yet configured. Do you have a more complete log that might show this? Can you attach /var/log/dist-upgrade/term.log?
