Rationale : The package is a part of the planned default install for notebooks
Security : I could not find any security issues listed at any of the trackers listed at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuMainInclusionRequirements
Quality assurance:No issues found
Dependencies: All build deps are in main
Maintenance : The package has been developed by canonical itself and can be easily maintained
Background information : A Plasma applet to displays application menubars.
