As far as I can tell this is an upstream but, plasma no longer looks in the global directory for python plasmoids.

plasma-desktop(1363)/libplasma Plasma::Package::isValid: Could not find required file mainscript , look in "/home/jr/.kde/share/apps/plasma/plasmoids/facebook/contents/code/main"

Well of course it isn't in ~/.kde it's in /usr/share/kde4/apps/plasma/plasmoids/facebook
