This issue persists, and the error now says that appstream://org.kde.plasma-systemmonitor wasn't found in the software repo. It's now looking for the component ID that @ximion reported above as the correct one.

This is keeping the app from getting updated. The version on my system is 5.24.5, while the current version of the app is 5.93.0 (https://apps.kde.org/plasma-systemmonitor/).
