No, I didn't test kinetic, Lenovo reported that the 20.04.1 stock ubuntu screencast recording works fine, but after upgrading latest updates, they found the issue in #44.
For #45, I also tried the 0.3.48-1ubuntu1 pipewire, found the camera will be freeze when recording, the new version 0.3.48-1ubuntu2 makes it better, but the cheese issue could be reproduced sometimes.
