errors when setting ssl options (with latest libcurl/openssl)

Bug Description

When used with current versions of libcurl/openssl (7.88 - as in lunar) setting ssl options causes an error.

Issue with example code reported here : https://github.com/m6w6/ext-http/issues/131

This has been fixed in pecl_http 4.2.4 (tested with manual build / install on lunar) which has been put live on https://pecl.php.net/package/pecl_http today (2023-10-02)
