Bug Description
All three of these packages are only supported with PHP >= 7.0.0 with newer versions:
php-pecl-http: 3.0.1
php-propro: 2.0.0
php-raphf: 2.0.0
Note that php-pecl-http will not rebuild successfully until the latter two are rebuilt.
All *.orig.tar.gz are obtainable using uscan.

Doesn't work with php7, no revdeps outside of this set of three packages except for a Recommends: from php-zipstreamer. FFe granted and sponsorship in progress.
