Ah I see what's happening in your case. It's a trivial fix and has been committed to Git for Phoronix Test Suite 4.0, or you should be able to easily patch your old 3.2.1 install with this one-line fix: http://phorogit.com/index.php?p=phoronix-test-suite.git&a=commitdiff&h=d0b659812353e882fc77c0292518b8a98d0e0b3b&hb=35ca70e82b8b800bd4e236d6f2513f6827f8c1a1 I've confirmed this allows Stream to successfully run with the parameters you mentioned.
