Bug Description
Running phablet-demo-setup on trusty with a phone running 14.09/rtm r2 with the phone in Developer Mode fails because the phablet-demo-setup cannot run as root and pushing the content files to the phone fails with the following message:
Pushing /tmp/tmpgawgqX/
5108 KB/s (79419237 bytes in 15.180s)
adbd cannot run as root in production builds
Pushing /tmp/tmpmwg4vJ to /tmp/provision
9 KB/s (402 bytes in 0.040s)
