Running phablet-demo-setup with the phone in Developer Mode fails because the phablet-demo-setup cannot run as root and pushing the content files to the phone fails with the following message:

adbd cannot run as root in production builds
Pushing /tmp/tmpmwg4vJ to /tmp/provision
