Thank you for reporting this issue and attaching the supporting documents. From the bottom of the log:
Selecting previously deselected package pgadmin3-data.

Unpacking pgadmin3-data (from .../pgadmin3-data_1.10.0-1_all.deb) ...

dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/pgadmin3-data_1.10.0-1_all.deb (--unpack):

 trying to overwrite '/usr/share/pgadmin3/docs/en_US/hints/autovacuum.html', which is also in package pgadmin3 0:1.8.0-2

This should be enough for the developers to begin work to resolve this issue.
