Hi

It affectes me on Ubuntu MATE 14.04 and is still actual on OSGeo-Live 9.5 beta 1 (a geomatic oriented iso based on lubuntu 14.04.4).

It works on microsoft windows, and the shp2sql-gui tool work on ubuntu, so i guess it is only the calling feature that is faulty.
