Verified for 1.3ubuntu1.1 on Trusty.

The package installs successfully, downloads a .tar.gz PPAPI Flash Player Plugin archive from an Adobe URL, and installs the contained libpepflashplayer.so into /usr/lib/pepperflashplugin-nonfree/.
