The error is
Setting up pdns-recursor (3.2-2) ...

 * Starting PowerDNS recursor pdns-recursor  Sep 19 09:50:32 Exception: Resolver binding to server socket on port 53 for 127.0.0.1: Address already in use

invoke-rc.d: initscript pdns-recursor, action "start" failed.

dpkg: error processing pdns-recursor (--configure):

 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 2

You apparently already have a name server running on port 53
