Jake Hansen (citizenunderdog) wrote : PDF Chain errors when attempting to concatenate PDF files

When attempting to concatenate scanned PDF files, the following error message is displayed:
PDFTK returned error!
Input/Output Error
Error code: 256

I was able to successfully concatenate the same files using pdftk via the command line, so I don't think the problem is with pdftk.
