Comment 14 for bug 1286588

Still have this bug, can confirm that workaround mentioned in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pcmanfm/+bug/1360108 fixes the excessive cpu usage but clears the Desktop of icons and backgrounds

Workaraound:
  killall -9 pcmanfm && pcmanfm (desktop will flash)
  ctrl-z
  kill -9 %1
