Lubuntu 19.04 QA-Test

hp 8200 elite sff (i5-2400, 8gb, nvidia quadro 600)

I have two monitors, both 1920x1080 in vertical arrangement (one above the other)

If pcmanfm-qt is on primary monitor, it behaves as expected. If I click a menu item (file, edit, view, go etc) the menu shows and functions.

If however the pcmanfm-qt is moved to the second monitor, the menu doesn't show. I do however get a white line (a few pixels high I'd guess) across both the top of 2nd monitor, and bottom of primary or upper monitor. This pixel-behavior varies if you select file/edit/view/go etc. If you click bookmarks/tool/help on pcmanfm-qt it's small & white but full-width white for file/edit/view/go.

I can't take screendumps when menu shows, so haven't taken pictures of the issue, but my setup before I click menu will be attached.
