*ALL* of those packages have already been synced but pastedeploy.
The sync process is basically this:
If Ubuntu does not contain a delta in a package, then it gets automatically synced from debian (which is the case of pastescript and pastewebkit).
If the package does contain an Ubuntu delta, it needs to get examined by a developer, and determine whether we should keep the delta or not (in paste we had a delta which has been dropped and the package has *already* been synced). This leaves pastedeploy, which I reviewed and determined that the delta can be dropped. For this reason I filed the sync bug report. I hope this helps!
