I have semi-moderated it. You are very fast to respond. Thank you for providing some clarity. Hopefully reboots that are not required can be removed... (in the future). Or perhaps we should display some information about what a user should reboot --- if the user wants to see it. (perhaps just a reference to a command which can pull the reason up).
