Actually, I did provided information about mlt, dependencies.txt contains that info:
libmlt++3 0.8.0-4
libmlt-data 0.8.0-4
libmlt5 0.8.0-4

Then I installed latest MLT libs, but the bug is still here.
ii libmlt++3 0.8.8-0ubuntu0~sunab~quantal1 i386 MLT multimedia framework C++ wrapper (runtime)
ii libmlt-data 0.8.8-0ubuntu0~sunab~quantal1 all multimedia framework (data)
ii libmlt5 0.8.8-0ubuntu0~sunab~quantal1 i386 multimedia framework (runtime)
ii python-mlt5 0.8.8-0ubuntu0~sunab~quantal1 i386 multimedia framework (python bindings)

BTW this is strange, FAQ says about libmlt4 while I have libmlt5.
