Calculations with DCOUNT or DCOUNTA function deliver wrong result. Either no occurrence is counted even if some elements of the database meet the criteria or much more occurrences are counted. Given that DCOUNT counts rows of a database -- i.e. an area -- the result should not be larger than the number of rows in that database.
