If you create a new document and insert a note and then attempt to save the document as doc format (97/2000/XP) it will cause writer to crash. This appears to only happen on i386 and only on ooo-build 3.1.1.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. New document
2. ctrl-a-n (insert new note)
3. save file as doc format (97/2000/XP)
Actual Results:
crash

Expected Results:
saved document properly
