Comment 3 for bug 345908

This problem occurs only when I'm starting a new document in OpenOffice DRAW. After putting any object into the page, the creating of snap lines from the ruler will work ok.

Which program are you in and what exact steps are you attempting to
create the snap line that doesn't work?
