The NAS shares are mounted using fstab. Here's the relevant line from fstab for one of the NAS shares:

//nest/home /media/Home cifs uid=1000,rw,iocharset=utf8,username=**,password=*** 0 0

My OO version is the same.

One difference is that I used an .ods file
