Divining a sane and consistent purpose in Michael Brauer's original work here is somewhat difficult. Suffice it to say that -no-other- image save goes and tries to rename the stream name that we get the GraphicObject from.

Then again - other components don't wrap their own versions of SwapIn / SwapOut either - which looks extremely curious in ndgrf.cxx -
