installing slapd on an Indy (mips) fails with the following error:

I tried the same on my i386 box and it works perfectly. I tried package fro=
m sarge=20
as well as from sid. There is no difference.
On http://projectdream.org/publications/suug/ldap-setup.html i found that m=
aybe=20
/var/lib/ldap is missing, but it gets created from slapd postinstall so run=
ning=20
dpkg a second time the error should disappear, what does not happen.
I first thought it is my fault, so i tried it in a changeroot on that machi=
ne as=20
well, but no change.
I set severity to grave as slapd on mips is not installable. You cant even =
create
the base datebase by hand.
