It looks like the backup directory for the slapd upgrade process already exists.
Please can you try the following:
sudo mv /var/backups/dc=nodomain-2.4.25-1.1ubuntu4.1 /var/backups/dc=nodomain-2.4.25-1.1ubuntu4.1-old sudo apt-get -f install
Please adjust the /var/backups/dc=nodomain-2.4.25-1.1ubuntu4.1 to whatever folder has already been created in /var/backups for this domain.
Please attach the output from these commands to this bug report.
