Hello Phong,

This is in fact not a bug, the shortcut label is copied from the name of the menu when you create the shortcut, it is not meant to be dynamically translated. The user should switch to the desired language before creating the shortcuts - this should not be a major annoyance.

Thank you for reporting this, we may consider introducing this change in a future release.
