I don't quite understand the question about the "end-to-end user story".

This bug simply causes the openCryptoki package to not be usable at all!
Any application that wants to use openCryptoki as its PKCS#11 crypto service implementation will fail.

So the user-story falls back to 'why would one want to use opencryptoki?', right ?
Do we really need a story for that ?
