same as above but I used a newer EP11 lib:
root@t35lp54:~# dpkg -l | grep ep11
ii libep11 3.1.0-5 s390x IBM Z Enterprise PKCS #11 Support Program

but same result - DILITHIUM is not listed as a valid mechanism.
