After upgrading to the precise version, when viewing the "Get Add-ons" screen in the main menu, it says "Could not connect to server". However tcpdump doesn't show any attempt to make any outgoing connections that I can see. |

It doesn't seem to like my http_proxy for some reason. If I unset http_proxy, then it works.
brian@andean:~$ echo $http_proxy
http://proxy.pri:3128/
The proxy works fine for other programs. |
