Comment 2 for bug 356487

Mono-team: Based on the installation I have here 'libmono-corlib2.0-cil' should be getting pulled in by 'libmono-corlib2.0-cil' and that inturn by 'libmono-winforms2.0-cil' etc. Should I add an extra manual dependency to the openbve package, or should one of the mono core dependencies already taken care of this?
